In 1972 the family business was founded in Calpe (Alicante) dedicated to the real estate and construction sectors. In its beginnings in the 70's it began with the rehabilitation and construction of rural Mediterranean style houses of the Costa Blanca and a few years later satisfying the demand of our clients and due to our privileged location we began the construction of touristic apartment buildings on beach front and thus becoming the present Calpe Rent Apart and Calpe Home Sales.
Currently we continue to be a family business but with more than 45 years of experience, we have extensive knowledge in the real estate sector and more specifically in the rental and sale of touristic apartments, which are all located on front line of Levante Beach next to the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach in the beautiful town of Calpe.
